Working in international freight forwarding since 1976, having started as a forklift truck driver, Colin has experience in every aspect of the industry. Convinced he could build a freight forwarding business around differentiated levels of service and forward-looking business principles, Colin founded Gazelle Cargo (now renamed GCL Logistics) in 1989.
Alert to new markets, Colin visits China, Taiwan and Hong Kong regularly to nurture relationships with GCL’s network of agents and other contacts.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Fellow of the Institute of Freight Professionals, Colin believes that for GCL to continue to be successful, trust and dependability should underpin every aspect of the business.
